Employee Recruitment & Retention Campaigns

Lynchpin Ideas creates targeted recruitment and retention campaigns that outshine the "great pay and benefits" cliche so you can attract and keep the very best people.

In today's ever-changing job market, attracting candidates isn't enough: you need the right candidates — especially for hard-to-fill positions. And that requires a strategy. Our proven, streamlined approach identifies what it is about your best employees that makes them “the best,” why they stay, and the best ways to reach more people just like them.

Once hired, we help encourage new employees to stay with a retention campaign that dovetails with the recruitment strategy, so that the promises that drew them to you in the first place rings true beyond their first day.

Our Services

In late 2017, Lynchpin Ideas was hired to help this industry leader address an employment void in its network of plants across the nation.

We followed our insight-gathering approach and discovered that the employees who remained on the job more than a year typically stayed for many years — and referred their friends and family. Why? Because in every single plant, there was (and still is!) a unique and genuine family atmosphere. From this insight, the "Join Our Family" brand was born, and we launched it nation-wide in five languages across tactics including print, video, digital, social and website landing page content.

At the same time, we created and launched the "We Are Family" internal employer brand designed to value, inspire and retain employees. This messaging rang so true that employees literally wear it (think hats, shirts, lanyards). And, it is reflected in all internal communications and threaded through interior graphic displays in every plant ... all materials created by Lynchpin Ideas.
